“Care is a skill we practise every day.”
Meet Nia Brooks
Nia turns clear routines into confident young riders. She leads the junior programme and stable-skills sessions, giving horse welfare the same attention as any riding milestone.
At Bridlewood, each session begins with a conversation. A rider may want to feel comfortable around horses, return after a long break or prepare for a new challenge. Nia listens first, then builds an achievable plan with plenty of time for feedback.
A thoughtful approach
Good coaching looks after the whole partnership. Lessons include an appropriate warm-up, clear explanations and space to recognise when a horse or rider needs a different approach. Small adjustments are celebrated because they make the foundations stronger.
